Job Type: 9+ Months contract to hire role

Max Pay Rate: $58-60/hr

Candidates must have prior experience working within a large banking or financial institution SDLC framework. This role requires ownership of SDLC governance and delivery processes for the product.

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery and SDLC governance within a regulated financial services environment. This role will lead Agile ceremonies, manage delivery risks, and ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC lifecycle and governance
• Own and drive product-level SDLC execution and compliance
• Identify, track, and resolve risks, blockers, and delivery issuesPartner with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Drive Agile best practices in a regulated environment
• Track deliverables using Jira and Agile tools
• Ensure proper documentation and audit-ready controls

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years Scrum / Agile experience
• Only W2 Candidates
• Strong SDLC experience within banking or financial services
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Agile tools
• Ability to manage risks, governance, and delivery execution
