Description
This individual will play a critical role in driving Agile delivery, improving team performance, and ensuring end‑to‑end accountability across multiple Agile teams. This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. The environment is fast paced, highly visible, and requires someone who is hands‑on, proactively removes roadblocks, and takes full ownership of delivery outcomes.
The teams are currently adopting new AI‑driven tools and Agile practices, and this person will help coach, guide, and strengthen the team’s delivery discipline. These Scrum Masters will support high‑impact products that affect physical security, corporate real‑estate, and critical building systems across Wells Fargo’s enterprise footprint. The work is highly visible and essential for risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using AI‑based tools for story quality, backlog scoring, stand‑up insights, refinement, etc.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering basics
- Comfort helping teams adopt AI‑driven Agile tools
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 2 Agile teams (2:1 team‑to‑Scrum Master model)
- Drive end‑to‑end ownership of all delivery activities, ceremonies, team health, and organizational alignment.
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure high‑quality backlog and predictable delivery.
- Monitor team performance metrics including story quality, backlog health index, and velocity trends.
- Coach teams on Agile maturity, efficiency improvements, and AI adoption.
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Support Agile transformation efforts in partnership with the Agile Transformation Leader.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to community best practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $60.00/hr.
