About the RoleThe Secretary provides direct support to managers and executives, ensuring effective scheduling, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for assigned managers/executives.Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, and itineraries.Serve as a communication bridge between executives, teams, and external stakeholders.Ensure all records, files, and reports are kept up to date and properly maintained.Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and business meetings.Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism. QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.1–5 years of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or executive support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written communication.
