This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Guard based in Chennai. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring access points, patrolling the assigned area, maintaining order during events or incidents, and attending to any security concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and delivering excellent customer service are integral to this role.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective communication abilities to interact with staff and visitors
• Experience in Physical Security and Personnel Security to ensure safety protocols are implemented
• Background in Private Security with knowledge of security systems and procedures
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to address visitor needs and maintain a professional demeanor
• Ability to remain vigilant, act decisively under pressure, and adapt to various scenarios
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or training in security is a plus
• Physically fit with the capability to stand for long periods and perform patrol duties
• Prior experience in security services or law enforcement is an advantage
