Job Description
A Senior Account Executive with 3 years of experience in mainstream and digital advertising plays a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth execution of integrated campaigns. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing day-to-day client requirements, and contributing to campaign planning and delivery across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Coordination
- Support the Account Manager in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for routine updates, feedback, and deliverables.
- Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
- Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and internal teams.
2. Campaign & Project Execution
- Coordinate execution of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
- Work closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain quality checks to ensure all outputs meet client expectations and brand standards.
3. Digital & Content Support
- Assist in managing digital campaigns including social media, content, and basic performance initiatives.
- Coordinate with digital teams for content calendars, posts, and campaign rollouts.
- Ensure platform-wise deliverables are aligned with best practices.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing campaign performance reports (digital and offline).
- Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and basic performance indicators.
- Compile insights and learnings to support optimization and client discussions.
5. Financial & Process Management
- Assist in preparing estimates, tracking budgets, and monitoring project costs.
- Help manage billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
- Ensure scope alignment and flag any deviations to senior team members.
6. Client Growth & Retention Support
- Identify opportunities for additional work within existing accounts.
- Support upselling of services like social media, content, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach in addressing client needs.
7. Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support and guide junior executives or interns when required.
- Contribute to a positive and proactive team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency (mainstream + digital exposure preferred).
- Basic understanding of integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital campaign workflows.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of reporting tools and digital metrics is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
