Roles and responsibilities : Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Emerging Business vertical, by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening engagementDevelop strategies for expanding existing customer accounts within emerging market categories, focusing on long-term partnershipsConsistently achieve revenue targets through customer retention, account expansion, and driving additional business from existing customers in line with team/organizational objectivesMaintain regular communication with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues to maintain strong relationshipsBuild and manage a pipeline for account expansion by identifying growth opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate with customers to identify new use cases and tailor solutions to meet their evolving needs, driving long-term valueEstablish best practices and operating procedures for customer retention, relationship management, and account expansionKeep updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor actions that may impact current customer relationships and growth opportunities
Required Skill :
1 -2 years of relevant experience in account management, up-selling, and cross-selling.Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to workStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirementsStrong business acumen and product expertise
