Senior Associate Attorney

We are looking for a talented lawyer to meet the firm's growing corporate practice. The role involves working on commercial transactions including private equity/venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with or being a part of corporate transactions.

The candidate must also have professional level English Language proficiency. We are looking for a team member who is eager to take charge and lead transactions.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SSAs/SHAs/Investment Agreements etc)
• Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
