Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Backend Developer. The Senior Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions to support web and enterprise platforms. Day-to-day tasks will include developing server-side logic, optimizing APIs, ensuring data security, and collaborating closely with frontend and data engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.

The role will also involve troubleshooting, code optimization, and ensuring technical best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience:

5+ Years

Tech Stack:

• Python, FastAPI
• Spring Boot
• NestJS
• React.js
• TypeScript

Core Expertise:

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Neo4j
• Advanced data modeling and database design
• Scripting using Python/Bash
• Performance optimization and system scalability

Security & Authentication:

• Hands-on experience with Auth0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
• Strong knowledge of RBAC / FGA
• Experience in JWT-based API security
• Understanding of compliance-ready authorization architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures
• Build and maintain secure APIs and microservices
• Define and implement authorization strategies
• Work on multi-tenant SaaS security models
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams
• Optimize system performance and ensure reliability

Role Scope:

• Own backend architecture and system design
• Lead API development and integrations
• Drive database and performance optimization initiatives
• Contribute to building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions
