Senior Business Process Consultant

CMK Resources is seeking a Business Process Consultant to support a leading storage company on a large-scale transformation initiative. This role will be central to a migration from KeyedIn to ServiceNow, helping align enterprise processes with scalable design and platform best practices.This is a fully remote position based in the Singapore, with up to 25% travel.

In this role, you will work across business and technical teams to design, optimize, and standardize processes supporting advanced services, sales, order management, and field operations. You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring those are successfully implemented within ServiceNow and related enterprise systems.

What you will be doing:Define and optimize complex, cross-functional workflows across service delivery, sales, and operationsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and user storiesPartner with architects and development teams to support ServiceNow configuration and implementationEnsure alignment across integrated platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP systemsDrive process governance and standardization to support scalable, repeatable solutionsSupport testing, validation, and user adoption efforts across business unitsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business value

What we are looking for:Strong experience in business process consulting within enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with ServiceNow, especially in transformation or implementation initiativesProven ability to design and optimize cross-functional workflowsExperience working with integrated systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP platformsAbility to translate business needs into actionable requirements and collaborate with technical teamsExperience supporting large-scale system migrations or digital transformation programs
