Senior Civil Engineer

Hiring: Senior Site Engineer | Mumbai

We are a growing real estate development firm based in Mumbai, looking to onboard a Senior Site Engineer who can take complete ownership of on-site execution and deliver projects with precision and speed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading end-to-end site execution for residential/commercial projects
• Driving strict timeline adherence and milestone-based delivery
• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensuring top-tier quality control and compliance with drawings/specifications
• Managing site resources, materials, and execution planning
• Verifying measurements, billing, and work progress
• Proactively resolving on-site challenges and bottlenecks
• Maintaining high standards of safety and site discipline

Who We’re Looking For:

• 6–12 years of experience in building construction (residential/commercial only)
• Proven ability to independently manage site execution
• Strong command over drawings, execution planning, and coordination
• Leadership mindset with the ability to handle contractors and teams
• High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving approach

Mandatory Criteria:

• Must be currently based in Mumbai
• ️ Must have experience strictly in building construction industry
