As a Senior CNC Machinist (Machinist III), you’ll play a key role in producing tight-tolerance, mission-critical components, supporting both production and engineering work while helping guide less experienced machinists.

The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\nSet up, operate, and troubleshoot:\n
\nCNC mills\nCNC lathes\nManual mills and lathes\nWaterjet machines\n\n\nMachine
production and engineering / prototype parts\nRead and interpret
advanced blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T\nCreate, edit, and optimize CNC programs using
G-code and Mazatrol\nSelect tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workholding\nHold
tight tolerances and ensure parts meet all specifications\nPerform in-process and first-article inspections\nSupport preventative maintenance per PM schedules\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nAssist in training and mentoring junior machinists and operators\nCollaborate with
engineering and quality teams to solve machining challenges\nFollow all SOPs, engineering instructions, and safety requirements\n\n
This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership of quality and process execution.

What We’re Looking For\n
Required

7+ years of CNC and/or manual machining experience\nStrong experience with complex setups and troubleshooting\nCNC programming experience using
G-code and Mazatrol\nAbility to read and interpret
blueprints and GD&T\nStrong understanding of tooling, fixturing, offsets, and inspections\nComfortable holding tight tolerances\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nStrong math and precision measurement skills\n\n
Preferred (Not Required)
\n
\nExperience mentoring or training other machinists\nExperience machining composite materials\nExposure to prototype or engineering-driven work\n\n
