Senior Cost Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the project team with estimating, budget management, subcontractor pricing, and lean project strategy implementation.
• Gather and distribute information and reports directly to the Preconstruction Director or Project Manager.
• Act as a team player and maintain strong organizational and accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent math skills.
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Minimum 2 years of construction or professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent required, or 8 years of equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
