• Conduct impact assessment of the Veeva-to-Salesforce migration for enterprise field reporting
• Maintain a centralized tracker for all issues, change requests, and resolutions; provide regular status updates and proactively flag risks to project team
• Coordination with IT team for issue resolution
• Document migration activities, decisions, and changes in plain business language, structured for sharing across all impacted stakeholder groups
• Design and execute test cases; track and triage defects
• (good to have) Develop and deliver role-based training materials to support end-user adoption

Key Skillset Needed

• Tech Skillset: SQL, Excel & PPT
• Pharma/life sciences data knowledge, especially in sales and marketing data
• Very strong communication skills – both oral and written; ability to create structured PowerPoint decks, emails and training content
• Good project management skills with experience in data & business analysis

This role requires

• Work from the office five days a week/ (No HYBRID)

• Follow a shift timing of 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

• Work in a clean room setup/ODC Setup , which means the candidate will be assigned a dedicated room and must work exclusively from within that space (working outside the room will not be permitted).
