Job Description
- 20+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, engineering leadership, or IT services operations.
- Proven track record of owning fixed-price, fixed-scope, milestone-based, managed services, or outcome-based engagements end to end.
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different clients from a delivery center or location-level operating model.
- Deep understanding of delivery governance, project financials, estimation, planning, scope control, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Strong commercial awareness, including statement of work execution, change requests, profitability protection, and delivery-linked margin management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior client stakeholders across complex delivery environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, along with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and delivery dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, escalation handling, and decision-making skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous delivery situations.
