Senior DevOps Engineer Europe Senior DevOps Engineer Fully Remote | Web3 / DeFi Infrastructure Revive Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth, product-led Web3 company building next-generation decentralised trading infrastructure. This is a senior, hands‑on DevOps role with real ownership over mission‑critical, low‑latency systems operating at scale. What you’ll do Design, build and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Pulumi) Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines across backend, frontend and smart‑contract codebases Implement monitoring, observability and alerting to maximise uptime and catch issues early Optimise infrastructure for latency‑sensitive, high‑throughput workloads Lead on security best practices across cloud, CI/CD and runtime environments Define incident response, disaster recovery and post‑mortem processes Balance performance and redundancy with ongoing cost optimisation Document systems, create runbooks and mentor engineers, embedding a strong DevOps culture What you’ll have 8+ years' experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering Deep hands‑on experience with AWS and/or GCP Strong Infrastructure‑as‑Code background (Terraform, Pulumi or similar) Expert knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes Proven experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines Strong monitoring & observability experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) Solid security foundations (IAM, KMS, Vault, secrets management) Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Go or similar Experience running production, high‑availability systems Nice to have Web3 / blockchain infrastructure or node operations Low‑latency trading or real‑time financial systems Service mesh (Istio / Linkerd) Zero‑downtime deployment strategies (blue‑green, canary) What’s in it for you Fully remote role with a highly skilled, senior engineering team Real ownership over core infrastructure, not just keeping the lights on Exposure to cutting‑edge DeFi / Web3 technology Competitive salary plus token‑based equity (sliding scale) Opportunity to influence architecture, tooling and long‑term technical direction Fast‑moving, no‑bureaucracy environment with an ambitious roadmap Hiring process Hiring Manager interview Technical interview Deep‑dive technical interview Final interview with Founder / CEO Interested or know someone who’d be a great fit?
