This role will be based out of Balaji Cement Works, Budawada, Andhra Pradesh.
Preferred Years of Experience: 4-6 Years
Qualification: BTech/B.E in Electrical & Instrumentation
Preferred SkillsIT & Data Security: Server backup, antivirus & patch management, firewall security, software upgradesIndustrial Automation & Plant IT: PLC/DCS/SCADA basics, engineering stations, PI system & plant data managementGood knowledge on SIEMENS PLC with FLSmidth ECS systemProcess Optimization: Software loop optimization, cost reduction, troubleshootingSafety (SHE): Safety compliance, hazard identification, toolbox talks, incident reporting, auditsEnvironmental & Quality Systems: CBX analyzer calibration, CPCB data reporting, X ray quality equipment handlingIMS & Continuous Improvement: Kaizen, OPL, RCA, model area & audit complianceMaintenance & Reliability: Critical spares SOP, breakdown reduction, emission & leakage controlBehavioral Skills: Safety leadership, communication, teamwork, problem solving, accountabilityRSO Certified.
Role DescriptionEnsure secure, reliable, and efficient operation of plant IT, automation, and quality systemsMaintain compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), environmental, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standardsManage data security, including protection of plant, automation, and operational systemsEnsure high system availability and reliability across plant IT and automation infrastructurePlan and execute software upgrades, patches, and system enhancementsDrive process optimization through effective use of IT and automation systemsEnsure real time availability of plant operational data and environmental monitoring dataSupport and maintain quality monitoring and measurement equipmentActively participate in and support SHE initiatives and safety leadership practicesContribute to sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible operationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and efficiency enhancement projectsEnsure plant and system readiness for internal, external, and IMS auditsSupport breakdown analysis and reduction through system improvements and preventive actionsCoordinate effectively with plant operations, maintenance, quality, and support teamsBuild safety, IT, automation, and quality awareness across plant teams through training and engagement
