Senior Field Marketing Manager – East
The role drives pipeline growth and customer retention by designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns for our key accounts. The position requires working from the Recorded Future Boston office at least three days per week.
What You'll Do
- Integrate with the sales, channel, and tech alliance teams, along with corporate marketing, to develop annual field marketing plans that support pipeline growth.
- Proactively engage sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, paid ads, product marketing, and other channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage live field and partner events, ensuring a cohesive pre‑event, at‑event, and post‑event strategy.
- Develop and implement targeted account strategies to support account‑based selling.
- Produce promotional materials, assets, and signage for field marketing initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on program effectiveness and campaign ROI, providing optimization recommendations.
- Manage budgets and expenses to maximize marketing impact.
- Educate sales teams on new and planned marketing activities across global, regional, and local programs.
- Focus primarily on field marketing events (75‑80%) while supporting joint partner marketing activities (20‑25%).
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in field and partner marketing, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Expertise in demand generation, multi‑channel marketing, and inbound marketing strategy/execution.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and drive awareness and sales through strategic programs.
- Exceptional project management skills and alignment of tactical plans with business strategy.
- Proficiency with key marketing and sales tools, including CRMs and marketing automation platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10‑20% of the time.
Compensation
The base salary range for this full‑time position is $127,500‑$191,500. The salary reflects the range for new hire salaries for this role across all U.S. locations. Compensation in the range is further determined by state, work location, and additional factors such as skill, experience and education.
The position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k).
