Senior Finance Associate

AUM Size is $4 billion.Key Responsibilities:Accounting: Managing financial accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Tax Compliance: Overseeing tax filings, GST returns, and ensuring tax compliance with statutory requirements.MIS: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for management decision-making.Legal: Handling legal documentation, statutory compliance, and liaising with legal advisors on various matters.Audit and Internal Controls : Coordinate with auditors for audit planning and execution. Support implementation of internal controls and SOPs Candidate Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and complianceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.
