Senior Frontend Developer

What You'll Do

• Own frontend features end-to-end — from design to production
• Build responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and UX issues
• Work closely with product and design to ship pragmatically
• Mentor junior engineers and establish frontend best practices

What You Bring

• 8-10+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript
• Proven ability to build and scale production systems with millions of users
• Sharp problem-solving skills — frameworks are tools, not the point
• Clear communicator with low ego, high ownership
• Comfortable learning new patterns and operating independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js optimization and SSR patterns
• Strong opinions on component architecture and state management
• Performance optimization expertise (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
• Side projects or open-source work you're proud of
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) standards
