About the Role As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll work within cross-functional feature teams to deliver modern, accessible, and scalable front-end solutions.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll influence technical direction, champion best practices, and mentor fellow engineers. Key Responsibilities Lead frontend development with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance Build accessible, user-friendly interfaces aligned with WCAG standards Drive a test-first (TDD) approach and ensure high test coverage Take technical ownership of features and contribute to architectural decisions Mentor and support other engineers within the team Essential Skills & Experience Strong expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript Proven track record building accessible, scalable, and testable UI applications Hands-on experience with JestJS and modern frontend testing practices Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and tools like axe-core Experience operating at a Senior level with ownership and leadership responsibilities Desirable (Nice to Have) Backend experience with Java / Quarkus Familiarity with REST APIs and PostgreSQL Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes) Why Join Us?
