About the Role

Indeed is on the lookout for a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic Global Transfer Pricing team. This position is vital for our global compliance and planning initiatives, bridging intricate data analysis and strategic tax planning. We seek a candidate who can dive deep into financial modeling while maintaining a broader perspective on our global supply chain.

Strong technical, communication, and process optimization skills are essential.

This role is based in our New York, Stamford, or Dublin office, offering the flexibility to work remotely and reports to the Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing.

Your Responsibilities

• Crafting the Narrative: Prepare and maintain Local Files to effectively communicate our intercompany value creation.

• Data Analysis: Review economic and financial benchmarking studies to ensure market-aligned pricing.

• Business Partnership: Engage with business partners to comprehend evolving business models and operational flows.

• Compliance Assurance: Assist in creating compliance documentation to meet local obligations and monitor intercompany agreements for accuracy.

• Risk Management: Support the team during tax authority audits and proactively identify potential transfer pricing issues.

• Innovation and Automation: Aid in implementing operational tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of our quarterly transfer price adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience; or a PhD.

• Experience in global operations and cross-border transactions.

• Excellent communication, organizational, data analysis, and strategic writing capabilities.

• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proactive self-starter with effective prioritization and deadline management skills.

• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.

Currently, we are not considering candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, California for this position.

Salary Range Transparency

Salary tiers are available based on location: Tier 1 ($80,000 - $120,000), Tier 2 ($90,000 - $134,000), Tier 3 ($98,000 - $148,000). Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as evaluated throughout the interview process.
