Roles & Responsibilities :
Design and development of hardware architecture for embedded, power electronics, and communication systemsCircuit Simulation, Thermal Analysis, PCB Design (using ECAD tools such as Fusion 360 preferred)Firmware development for AVR & ARM microcontrollers (Arduino IDE, Microchip Studio, Python, C++)Product development tasks: Market survey, BOM preparation, reports, manuals, vendor managementHands-on work in soldering, testing, and troubleshooting OEM hardware (Through-hole & SMD packages)Electronic component testing using DSO, LCR meter, Multimeter, Megger, etc.Adherence to 5S, safety protocols, and systematic laboratory practicesStrong knowledge of semiconductors, communication protocols, and electronicsExpertise in Power Converters, Motor Drivers, Embedded MCUs (AVR, ARM)Familiarity with Circuit Simulation Tools (Proteus, Texas Workbench, Ansys preferred)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reportingExcellent verbal & written communication skills
Qualification & Experience
BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Embedded Systems/EquivalentMinimum 3+ year experience in hardware design engineering (Embedded or Power Electronics domain)Hands-on experience with PCB design, testing, and debugging is mandatory
