Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Human Resource Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions for a fast-growing organization. This role demands a strong blend of strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, with close collaboration with business leaders to drive talent, culture, performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
- Partner with leadership and functional heads to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, and capability development
- Act as a trusted advisor on people management, performance, and organizational culture
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Own and drive recruitment strategy across lateral and campus hiring
- Improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience
- Work with business leaders on headcount planning and resource forecasting
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and separations
- Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the lifecycle
- Design retention strategies to minimize unwanted attrition
Performance & Talent Management
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and development planning
- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and sensitive workplace matters
- Promote an inclusive, high-performance, and values-driven culture
HR Operations & Policies
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations with accuracy and consistency
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, and leave governance
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory regulations
- Manage audits, statutory documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Advise leadership on HR risk management and compliance matters
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, and utilization
- Present insights and dashboards to leadership for data-driven decisions
- Leverage people analytics to improve HR effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience
- Prior experience in IT / GCC / Services / Product-led environments preferred

Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams
- Exposure to scaling organizations or GCC setups
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and people analytics tools
