LivTours is a fast growing, people first organisation providing exceptional travel experiences in 26 destinations across Europe. We are seeking a highly experienced and systems-savvy Senior HR Manager to lead and evolve our HR function as we scale across Europe and beyond. This person will take full ownership and accountability for HR outputs across the organization while managing, coaching and working in close partnership with our existing HR Manager to ensure smooth continuity and effective division of responsibilities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is eager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic oversight to a complex international team of 80+ people working across multiple countries. Reporting to the COO, you’ll be responsible for driving key initiatives, improving and maintaining HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance, coaching internal team members, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Job location: Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function, taking full accountability for its outputs and strategic development including staff wellbeing, recruitment process and strategy and more
- Collaborate closely with the existing HR Manager to divide responsibilities effectively and build a cohesive, high-performing team
- Improve, document, and maintain all core HR processes—including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and compliance structures
- Manage and maintain our HRIS (Factorial) and ensure accurate, up-to-date employee records and documentation across all systems
- Support the implementation and refinement of company-wide performance review structures, in partnership with the executive team
- Contribute to the development and rollout of Areas of Responsibility and KPI frameworks by collaborating with leadership and tracking implementation across departments
- Own and drive HR-led projects (e.g. compensation benchmarking, org design, retention initiatives), ensuring structured planning, execution, and communication
- Monitor employment law compliance across Ireland (as a priority) and support cross-jurisdictional compliance as needed
- Build tools, templates, and repeatable processes that scale with company growth
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the internal HR team, fostering development and upskilling
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years at a senior or strategic level in a fast growing organisation
- Deep knowledge of Irish employment law; experience managing HR across other EU countries
- Demonstrated success in owning and improving HR systems and processes at scale
- Highly proficient in Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), HRIS tools (i.e. Factorial), and task/project management platforms
- Exceptionally strong organizational and administrative skills; proven ability to create clarity in complex, high-volume environments
- Experience leading HR projects from scope to execution, including documentation, rollout, and stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to independently manage competing priorities
- Skilled at coaching and developing others, with excellent interpersonal communication
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
- Able to adapt effectively to changing plans and priorities.
- Be fun, have a sense of humour and a positive can-do mentality.
- A valid passport and a willingness to travel.
- Legal authorization to live and work in Ireland.
- Italian language skills are a plus (but not strictly required).
The Role
- Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Fully remote, with the option of working from our central Dublin office as often as desired.
- Competitive salary depending on experience.
