Manager Human Resources Position.Below are the details for Potential candidate ‘s reference.What you will be doing:1. Regional HR Operations & GovernanceStreamline and enhance HR operations across multiple Asia locations.Lead continuous improvement of HR processes (e.g., payroll, employee lifecycle, policies), driving standardization, efficiency, and strong governance across sites.Drive end-to-end execution of HR initiatives, translating global strategies into practical implementation across Asia, ensuring alignment with business priorities.2. Global & Internal MobilityDevelop and implement global mobility frameworks and initiativesEstablish and operationalize internal mobility policies, processes, and governance, supporting cross-border assignments and ensuring compliance with tax, immigration, and labor regulations.
- HR Transformation & Shared ServicesDrive HR transformation and shared services optimizationIdentify and implement opportunities to centralize and standardize HR services, supporting the transition toward shared services and improving overall service delivery efficiency.
- HR Continuous Improvement, Automation & AILead HR Continuous Improvement (HRCI) and automation initiativesChampion process optimization, automation, and AI adoption to reduce manual work, improve productivity, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across the region.
- Leverage HR Technology, Data & AnalyticsPartner with HRIS and global teams to enhance system utilization (e.g., Workday), support HR digitalization, and improve data-driven decision-making.6. Drive stakeholder engagement and regional collaborationAct as a regional HR advisor to site HR teamsWork closely with Global HR teams, regional leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful execution of HR initiatives.What will you bring along:Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a regional role.Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skillsProven experience in HR operations, process improvement, or HR transformationFamiliarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and digital/automation initiatives is an advantageGood knowledge of Asia labor laws, HR practices, and cross-cultural environmentsAbility to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives across multiple locations
