Key Responsibilities• Manage and supervise the overall operations of the local and overseas industrial logistics properties, e.g. warehouse, port.• Support warehouse leasing activities, including marketing of vacancies, tenant selection, negotiations, renewals, and tenancy administration.• Plan and execute warehouse property enhancement, maintenance, and upgrading works to preserve and improve asset value.• Manage property management teams across different locations, ensuring consistency in standards and compliance with local regulations.• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and management reports.• Liaise with warehouse tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient and compliant property operations.• Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives within the property portfolio.• Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to warehouse property maintenance and management.• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and operational effectiveness. Requirements• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Building / Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.• At least 6 years of relevant experience in warehouse property management or warehouse asset management preferably with overseas experience.• Proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of industrial and/or warehouse properties, preferably with overseas exposure.• Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams across different locations and different cultures.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English in order to manage teams overseas.• Fluent verbal Chinese communication skills in order to engage internal stakeholders.
