Senior Legal Advisor (Remote)

This role plays a critical part in providing legal support across complex agreements and compliance matters, ensuring that the organization's operations align with legal requirements.

Accountabilities

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and presenting a wide variety of agreements such as vendor agreements, customer contracts, and SaaS agreements.
• Providing legal support for global HR operations and ensuring compliance with regulations like GDPR.
• Assisting with customer compliance matters and internal HR regulations.
• Consulting with internal clients to develop business and legal terms and provide relevant training.
• Advising on EU, state, and federal regulations impacting the business.
• Improving templates of agreements for enhanced contracting processes.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as a lawyer in a US state.
• 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software industry.
• Experience in dispute resolution and mediation.
• Strong drafting skills for privacy-related agreements.
• Knowledge of EU regulations and experience with related contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
