Description
NSI requires a Senior Logistics Manager to support the PMA 265 EA-18G Growler Systems Team. The Senior Logistics Manager will possess a solid understanding of naval aviation logistics principles and have direct experience as a logistics analyst (DoD/NAVAIR preferred) and hands‑on experience as an EA‑18G or F/A‑18 aircraft maintainer specializing in avionics/electronics. Develop, maintain, and proactively manage hardware delivery schedules, ensuring data accuracy and transparency for all stakeholders.
Effectively coordinate and facilitate meetings (both virtual and in‑person). Maintain strict configuration control for all program‑related documentation (spreadsheets, reports, etc.). Track and manage Government Furnished Property (GFP) across multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Actively participate in Change Control Boards (CCBs), providing critical feedback, updating technical directives, and preparing clear and concise briefing materials. Proactively track the lifecycle of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Technical Directives (TDs) from initial development to final implementation. Review and provide input on contract documents, including Statements of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
Contribute to the development of key programmatic documentation, such as providing inputs for the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and conducting logistics evaluations for Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events. Provide logistics support for depot‑level modifications, including planning, coordination, and tracking. Build and manage Logistics Requirements Funding Sheets (LRFS) to ensure accurate tracking and allocation of resources for logistics efforts.
Gather and analyze data to monitor Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), identifying risks and providing actionable insights to mitigate impacts. Provide data and analysis to support the development of spare models, ensuring optimal inventory levels and readiness. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the GB2 DAPML and assigned systems as needed.

Education
MS or MA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or Management.
Allowable Substitution
Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Experience
Thorough understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements within the context of Navy weapon systems. Proactive and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different organizations (Fleet, Industry, NAVSUP, etc.). Demonstrated ability to develop concise, data‑driven PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, charting, formula creation, pivots).
Security Clearance
Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
