- Define and track critical KPIs and translate complex human capital metrics into actionable corporate financial strategy, ensuring hiring plans align strictly with long-term growth targets
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner, with significant experience partnering with HR or People Operations in a large, labor-intensive environment
- Advanced technical ability to extract, structure, and model large datasets originating from enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG)
- Deep understanding of compensation modeling, payroll taxes, and benefits
- Executive presence and the emotional intelligence required to actively influence, advise, and challenge senior HR leadership
When you join Metropolis, you’ll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Our goal is to build an inclusive culture where everyone has a voice and the best idea wins. You will play a key role in building and maintaining this culture as our organization grows.
Base salary is a component of Metropolis’s total compensation package and may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, and bonus opportunities. The actual package is determined by qualifications, experience, and location.
