JD Legal Team Product Advisory and Commercial Contracts Senior ManagerResponsibilities:Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for Moneyview's existing and new products; regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information securityDrafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts)Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of Moneyview (terms and conditions, privacy policy, general terms of use and other specific terms of use)Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the Moneyview GroupManagement of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and outside counsel to manage multiple projectsQualifications:Law degree from a recognised, well-ranked university.Between 6-8 years of relevant PQE.Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions.Ability to function autonomously; and to communicate laterally and upwardly with ease.Experience working with the fintech practice at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred.
