Join our team and help shape the future of connectivity indoors and outdoors. Together, let’s push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.
How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
As a Senior Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI), you will be responsible for driving new product approvals within the ICN organization. This role partners closely with Product Engineering, System Validation, Product Line Management, Business Operations, and Tier‑1 Mobile Network Operator headquarters—including AT&T, Verizon, and T‑Mobile—to introduce ANDREW in‑building products and major software releases into MNO labs, progressing from First Office Application (FFA) through General Availability (GA). This position is hybrid, based in Richardson, Texas.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Partnering with Product Line Management to define product strategy, release scope, and market positioning for ANDREW in‑building wireless solutions, including Small Cells and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), aligned with Tier‑1 Mobile Network Operator (MNO) requirements.
- Leading cross‑vendor collaboration with Samsung, Ericsson, and Nokia to execute interoperability testing (IOT) and ecosystem readiness of ORAN and CPRI‑based solutions, enabling 100% MNO approval coverage and supporting nationwide commercial rollouts at scale.
- Serving as the customer advocate for usability, deployment efficiency, and operational simplicity, working closely with Product Engineering to ensure new product introductions meet field and MNO expectations prior to commercial release.
- Owning and managing the end‑to‑end MNO approval lifecycle, leading a specialized team responsible for security compliance, ORAN and CPRI interoperability validation, and RF signal source testing—reducing approval cycle time by 25–35% while maintaining strict MNO quality and security standards.
- Driving positioning of ANDREW products with MNOs by translating technical capabilities into differentiated, deployment‑ready solutions and aligning multi‑year product roadmaps with ANDREW Product Line Management.
- Establishing a closed‑loop feedback process across releases, incorporating MNO input, lab results, and field performance data to continuously improve product quality, while enabling cross‑training and readiness within the Technical Support organization.
- Leading AI and automation initiatives to modernize the new product approval process, reducing manual effort and end‑to‑end cycle time, improving quality and consistency, and delivering automated, data‑driven reporting for stakeholders.
- Leading the ANDREW In‑Building NPI team by example, fostering a culture of customer focus, disciplined communication, and strong technical leadership across the product introduction lifecycle.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong experience with Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies and direct engagement with Tier‑1 Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
- Proven interoperability testing (IOT) experience across multiple technologies and MNO lab environments.
- Experience working closely with MNO headquarters and regional market organizations.
- Deep knowledge of ORAN and CPRI specifications, architectures, and implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Small Cell and Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions.
- Proven people leadership and team management experience.
- Experience interfacing with executive‑level leadership, both internally and with customer organizations.
You Will Excite Us If You:
- Have proven experience delivering ORAN and CPRI‑based products through MNO IOT and formal approval processes.
- Bring in‑depth technical experience with Andrew ONECELL and DAS architectures, deployments, and validation.
