R.N. Laboratories is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing to lead vendor development & sourcing initiatives supporting manufacturing operations and capital procurement strategy for plant expansion.

This role will oversee procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, capital equipment, engineering services, and infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient sourcing, strong supplier partnerships, and successful execution of CAPEX investments within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting large-scale manufacturing expansion and strategic procurement initiatives within a growing pharmaceutical organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop global suppliers and OEM partners
• Negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Lead procurement strategy for plant expansion and CAPEX projects
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to support facility growth
• Implement procurement best practices and vendor performance management

Qualifications

• 12+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field preferred
• Functional knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Strong vendor management and negotiation expertise)
