What you will be doing as the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive, regionally aligned talent acquisition strategy to support current and future business needs.
- Responsible for building scalable recruiting capabilities, optimizing processes and tools, and delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective hiring outcomes in a complex, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business and HR leadership, the Senior Manager builds and leads a high‑performing regional TA organization and ensures the company attracts, assesses, and hires best‑in‑class talent across manufacturing plants and corporate functions.
- Critical to workforce planning, hiring quality, and long‑term talent pipeline sustainability.
- Ensure hiring strategies align with business priorities, production demands, and growth plans.
- Develop and execute region‑wide TA strategies that support workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and selection across multiple business units and functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders by delivering insights on labor market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices.
- Build, lead, and continuously develop a high‑performing regional talent acquisition team, including Recruiters and Sourcers.
- Lead recruiting efforts supporting high‑volume manufacturing operations, including plant leadership, production, supply chain, quality, engineering, corporate, and shared services roles (Direct and In-Direct Labor)
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and delivery models to ensure scalability, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Track, analyze, and report key talent acquisition metrics and performance indicators, using data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
What you will need as the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, high volume.
- Minimum of 3 years of people leadership or management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and building high‑performing TA organizations.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to change.
- Workforce planning experience.
- Workday experience, preferred.
- Al Sourcing Tool experience, preferred.
- P&L management, budget management experience.
- Proven experience leading staffing and recruiting across a geographically dispersed U.S. manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor markets, employment laws, and talent market dynamics.
- Experience managing high‑volume hiring ramps and reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Advanced experience optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), workforce planning tools, and talent analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related business systems.
