About the Role The Manager (RPO) will lead the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the entire project, ensuring efficient delivery of recruitment solutions and driving commercial success through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities
Lead the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the entire project.Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and HR contacts across the organization.Ensure efficient delivery of recruitment solutions in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.Drive commercial success of the account by achieving monthly and annual targets.Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with long-term client requirements.Develop a structured Talent Pool framework, including job segmentation, sourcing strategies, and engagement plans.Collaborate closely with sourcing and operations teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience.Manage and mentor the team by providing guidance on best practices, client culture, and performance improvement.Ensure all systems (internal and client) are updated accurately and on time.Generate timely and accurate reports related to activities and management information.Oversee workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning, and leave management across onsite and offshore teams.
