What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Automation, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑performing automated marketing campaigns, managing vendor co‑marketing activity (with partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and CompTIA), and keeping regional website content accurate, engaging, and conversion‑focused.

This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who enjoys combining creativity with analytics – designing automated journeys, managing regional campaigns, and using data to optimise performance and conversion.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in digital or B2B marketing, ideally within the technology, training, or education sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
• Strong understanding of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
• Experience managing vendor or partner marketing activity.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) for content management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Benelux language (Dutch preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
