Job Description
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own regional marketing strategy and execution across the Americas. Acting as the primary marketing authority for the region, you will be responsible for translating global brand priorities into locally resonant activity that generates pipeline and supports revenue targets.
You will report to the Group Head of Marketing, working closely with the Regional Head of Americas and the Managing Directors on local marketing strategy and operations, and with the commercial team to align shared revenue goals and pipeline targets.
Key Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end marketing strategy for your region, including campaign planning, channel mix, and budget allocation.
- Translate global brand campaigns and priorities into region-specific programmes that resonate with local audiences and market conditions.
- Build and maintain a regional marketing calendar aligned to sales cycles, industry events, and market moments.
- Own pipeline generation targets for your region, with visibility into MQL and opportunity creation metrics.
- Track and report on contribution to regional revenue, adjusting activity mix based on feedback.
- Maintain a current understanding of your regional competitive landscape, customer trends, and key industry dynamics.
- Feed regional insights back to the global marketing team to inform campaign development and positioning.
- Identify local partnership, media, and community opportunities that can accelerate brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Group Marketing to adapt global assets and build region-specific content.
- Lead and coordinate third-party contractors, agencies, and event partners to execute regional programmes.
- Working closely with the MDs to manage the allocation of marketing budgets, assigning resources to maximise pipeline impact and brand ROI.
- Establish clear performance metrics for all regional activity and provide regular reporting to the Group Head of Marketing.
Knowledge & Experience
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with demonstrable experience owning regional or market-level strategy.
- Proven track record of contributing to pipeline and revenue targets, not just brand or awareness metrics.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or contractors in a results-oriented way.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with CRM data, campaign reporting, and pipeline dashboards.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator; able to influence without authority.
- Experience operating as a sole contributor in a fast-paced environment, with the discipline to prioritise high-impact activity.
- Experience with field marketing, trade shows, and partner marketing in the US market preferred.
- Ability to operate across multiple time zones with flexibility.
- Familiarity with the US SaaS, financial services, or relevant industry ecosystem strongly preferred.
- Spanish language capability is a desirable but not essential.
