An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a well-regarded charity based in London. This role plays a key part in leading the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives, driving awareness, engagement, and income generation, while working closely with internal teams to strengthen the charity’s brand and reach. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to support organisational objectives Manage and optimise multi-channel marketing activity, including digital, social media, email, and offline campaigns Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communications and marketing materials Use data and insights to evaluate campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies Collaborate with fundraising teams to support income generation through targeted campaigns and appeals Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers where required Develop and deliver audience acquisition and retention strategies to grow supporter engagement Provide leadership and guidance to junior marketing staff where applicable Ensure all marketing activity aligns with regulatory standards and best practice Contribute to wider organisational strategy and cross-team projects Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector Strong experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable results Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail Data-driven with experience analysing performance metrics and insights Proactive and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally Comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) Hours: 35 hours per week Contract: 6-month FTC Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits
