Job Role: Performance Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Bangalore (On-site)Experience: 5yrs+
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end campaign execution across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta AdsManage daily campaign operations, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance monitoringTake full ownership of campaign optimization to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion ratesBuild and maintain weekly & monthly performance reports and dashboardsEnsure accurate tracking implementation via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixelsIdentify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizationsCoordinate with content and design teams to improve ad creatives and messagingMaintain account hygiene (naming conventions, structure, tracking consistency, etc.)
Requirements5yrs+ of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid MediaProven experience in managing live campaignsHands-on experience with:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaign experience preferred)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns will be plus (especially B2B)Experience in campaign optimization and performance improvementWorking knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setupsAnalytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from dataGood communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to HaveExperience in B2B / SaaS / HRTech campaignsExposure to ABM campaigns or enterprise targetingFamiliarity with tools like Supermetrics, HubSpot, Salesforce
