What You'll Do• Lead Chair & Reformer Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care• Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning• Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops• Collaborate with the founders to shape studio direction, community-building efforts, and brand growth• Step into leadership opportunities as the studio expands

What We're Looking For• 3+ years of experience teaching both Chair and Reformer Pilates• Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications• Clear, inspiring communication - both verbal and tactile cueing• A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others• Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Polestar, Stott etc)• Comfortable in English and Hindi
