Job Description
The Microsoft Power Platform Administrator is responsible for managing and governing environments, writing automation scripts, implementing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing Dataverse, and supporting enterprise scale development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform Admin Center, PowerShell, and Jenkins, along with mandatory Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Responsibilities are, but not limited to:Manage and govern Microsoft Power Platform environments, including configuration, DLP policies, security roles, and capacity management.Administer Dataverse databases, environmental solutions, connections, and API permissions.Oversee ALM practices and ensure compliance with organizational governance.Develop PowerShell automation scripts to manage environments, users, connectors, and solution deployments.Build custom automation using Azure Automation, Azure Functions, or CLI for Microsoft Power Platform.Implement automation workflows integrating Power Platform with external systems.CI/CDDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.Automate solution export/import, validation, and deployment.Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced Power Automate flows, including custom connectors and API based integrations.Monitoring & GovernanceImplement proactive monitoring, auditing, and compliance processes for Power Platform environments.
The ideal candidate must:Required: PL 900, PL 200, PL 400, PL 600Preferred: PL-100, RPA Developer AssociateHands on experience with Power Platform Admin Center, Dataverse, PowerShell, CI/CD tools and Power Platform Administration.ALM Accelerator, troubleshoot performance issues, strong documentation.4+ years Power Platform experience, 2+ years scripting, CI/CD experience.Personal AttributesSecurity focused mindset, ability to work under pressure, communication skills.Strong security focused mindset with deep understanding of compliance frameworks.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments.Highly analytical, detail oriented, and self driven with strong ownership.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong collaboration, interpersonal skills, and consistent follow through
