Product Data Program Manager – Remote

This role serves as the subject matter expert for product data, collaborating across various teams to enhance quality and compliance processes. The responsibilities include managing product ship hold activities, analyzing ERP data, leading cross‑functional teams, ensuring data accuracy with regulatory and customer service teams, reviewing procedures, supporting audits, and staying abreast of SAP functions. This position offers the opportunity to influence decision‑making, drive initiatives, and maintain regulatory standards in a dynamic remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with all entities to manage the global product ship hold process.
• Extract and analyze product data from ERP systems to support quality activities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement solutions for product data issues.
• Work with regulatory and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Review and create departmental procedures regarding product data.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Stay updated on SAP functionalities related to product data.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a data‑focused role using SAP.
• 3+ years of experience with field actions or product hold processes.
• Mastery of SAP and understanding of product data structures.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends in complex data sets.
• Program management experience in a quality function.
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
• Experience with post‑market quality activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and self‑motivation skills.
