About the RoleThe Data-Driven Designer owns UX strategy and execution across Merch Tech platforms, including BEx and Merchant Station. This role transforms complex operational and performance data into intuitive, workflow-driven SaaS experiences that power high-stakes merchandising and brand decisions.You will design scalable, role-based enterprise workflows that improve adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong systems thinking, deep SaaS platform experience, and the ability to influence product direction through data-driven design. Having worked in an e-commerce setup would we an added advantage.
