As a Senior Product Manager - Supply Chain Management, you will own and evolve the technology platforms and workflows that power Licious' end-to-end supply chain. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Data, Engineering, and Finance teams to build products that improve freshness, reduce waste, and enable scalable growth.This role requires strong product judgment, comfort with operational complexity, and the ability to balance speed, reliability, and long-term platform thinking.

Product Strategy & OwnershipOwn the product vision and roadmap for supply chain systems across demand planning, procurement, production planning, warehousing, inventory, and logisticsTranslate business goals (freshness, fill rate, cost, SLA adherence) into clear product outcomes and success metricsIdentify automation and digitization opportunities across supply chain workflowsExecution & DeliveryLead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of features across internal platformsWrite high-quality PRDs, define user journeys, and ensure on-time execution with engineering and design teamsDrive experimentation and continuous improvement using data and operational feedbackDemand, Inventory & PlanningBuild products that improve forecast accuracy, replenishment, and inventory turnsPartner with Data Science teams on forecasting models and decision-support toolsEnable real-time visibility into inventory, wastage, and capacity across nodesOperations & ReliabilityDesign systems that ensure traceability, compliance, and quality controlImprove exception management, alerts, and operational dashboardsBalance system reliability with rapid iteration in a 24x7 operational environmentStakeholder ManagementAct as the product SPOC for Supply Chain and Operations leadershipCollaborate with Finance, Category, and Retail teams on cost, margins, and availabilityInfluence roadmap trade-offs by balancing operational needs and tech scalability

Experience6-10 years of product management experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail Ops, or Food/FMCGHands-on experience building internal platforms or operational productsProven track record of shipping complex products in high-scale environmentsSkills & CapabilitiesStrong problem-solving and structured thinkingData-driven mindset; comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and modelsAbility to work with ambiguity and evolving operational constraintsExcellent stakeholder communication and influence skillsGood to HaveExperience in fresh food, cold chain, or perishable supply chainsExposure to demand forecasting, inventory optimization, or WMS/TMS systemsExperience working with data science and optimization problems
