Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of precast construction projects. This role is responsible for leading project teams through design, planning, and execution while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Candidates must have experience with mechanical systems and cooling infrastructure as part of construction project oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of the project team.
• Lead the design phase and facilitate project planning to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost targets.
• Coordinate subcontractor buyout, review project scopes, and ensure proper leveling and alignment of work.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure proper integration of mechanical systems and cooling solutions into project designs and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction or precast industry.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical systems, HVAC, and cooling infrastructure in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project design, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
