Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst for a 12-month contract position, with possible extensions in Regina, Saskatchewan. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Position is available as on-site in Regina, Saskatchewan. Work hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Role Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong project admin stills. This position will be responsible to perform the Project Manager and Business Analyst duties for small to medium sized Cyber Security projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst
• 5+ years of Business Process mapping.
• 2+ years of advanced experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of PM best practices
• Ability to understand complex processes and complex business rules.
• Ability to translate technical processes into business language.
• Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design.
• Proven testing skills and techniques
• Proven documentation skills
• Proven communication and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SDLC best practices.
• Able to function within a high level of activity (working with deadlines on several concurrent initiatives).
• Experience writing and maintaining test strategies and test plans.
• Experience creating and prioritizing test scenarios to ensure proper test coverage.
• Experience creating/identifying/reviewing and executing manual test scripts.
• Experience logging defects and enhancements.
• Procurement Document Experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

• A strong IT background with experience working on Security and Infrastructure specific projects is desired.
• Experience working within IT, OT and specifically security is preferred.
• BA Education
• Certifications in PMP, Prince2, ITIL, PROSCI,
