Project Manager – Corporate Functions – Remote

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Project Manager with deep expertise in Wealth Management to lead end-to-end initiatives across business and technology. This individual will take full ownership of projects—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a Microsoft shop, so hands‑on experience with Microsoft tools and technologies (e.g., Project, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI) is essential.

A strong business analysis background is critical—this role requires someone who can gather and interpret business requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive execution. Experience providing UX project oversight is a plus.

Expertise with deep understanding of advisory operations, client onboarding, portfolio management, trading platforms, or financial planning tools. Knowledge of how front, middle, and back office interact in a wealth environment. Experience with high‑net‑worth client workflows or advisor enablement initiatives (e.g., digital advisor platforms, CRM integration, product strategy).

Key Requirements
