We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale high-rise commercial and office construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, design-build expertise, and a track record of long-term success with previous employers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of high-rise office/commercial construction projects (7+ stories) from preconstruction through closeout.


• Oversee design-build processes, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.


• Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams to ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery.


• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring quality, safety, and satisfaction at every stage.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of industry experience in commercial or high-rise construction.


• Design-build project management experience required.


• DBIA Certification strongly preferred.


• Demonstrated longevity with previous employers (5+ years with a single firm preferred).


• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project logistics.


• Local to the Albany area – no relocation or travel reimbursement available.


• Base salary: $125,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)


• Year‑end performance bonus

Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
