What You'll Be Doing:

• Running massive water/wastewater treatment plant projects from start to finish.
• Leading teams, managing schedules, owning the budget and crushing every milestone.
• Being the go-to for clients, engineers, subs, and stakeholders.
• Making smart decisions, solving real problems, and getting sh*t done.
• Mentoring rising talent and setting the standard for excellence.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in heavy civil or water/wastewater project management.
• Proven experience with complex jobs over $50M+.
• Sharp leadership skills, tough-as-nails grit, and calm under pressure.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
• Mastery of tools like P6, Procore, and your own hard-earned instincts.
