The Senior Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of a project. Management will focus on commercial construction projects within core markets including K-12, High Rise, Healthcare, Higher Education, Advanced Technology / Data Center, Life Sciences, Restaurant, and Corporate Office.
In the Texas region, multiple opportunities exist for Project Managers with Healthcare, Multifamily, Data Center, and High Rise experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day project execution and coordination.
- Manage project controls, cost, risk, and project engineering activities.
- Oversee business management aspects of the project within core markets.
