Senior Project Manager – Group Business Manager | Metric Geo | Transportation Engineering

A leading 3,000‑person employee‑owned engineering firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to work on a hybrid basis out of their Braselton, Alpharetta, or Buford office.

This role will focus on GDOT and municipal roadway and transportation projects.

Base Pay Range

$150,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Win work and lead the strategic growth of the roadway practice through business development, client engagement, and pursuit leadership.
• Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of roadway and highway projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets at a program level to ensure efficiency, profitability, and consistent quality.
• Mentor and lead project teams for Transportation Design.
